Multi-Language Support: AdminUI now has support for English, German, Chinese (Taiwan), and Chinese (Simplified)
Improved Support for IE11
Soft deletion now scrubs user credential from the database
Default user & password policy settings can now be modified
New overloads to IdentityExpressDbContext to improve extensibility
Now includes support for setting client claims prefix value
